Open Roads Services, LLC is an Intensive In-Community (IIC) agency based in New Jersey. We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our ever-growing team. Our goal is to provide strong and meaningful support to individuals and families across diverse backgrounds to aid in their growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals. This role involves providing therapeutic support, crisis intervention, and behavior management to clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.

Contract Pay (Hourly Salary):

Master’s Level Clinician (LSW, LAC, LAMFT): $60.00 - $75.00 / HOUR

Licensed Level Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $75.00 - $90.00 / HOUR

Behavioral Assistant (BA degree) $30.00 - $40.00 / HOUR
