  • Connection to 211, HUD, NJ DCA, and local housing authorities

  • Advocacy with shelters, landlords, and housing programs

  • Support with reasonable accommodation

  • Coordination with child welfare, courts, and re-entry systems

Case Management & Stabilization

  • Individualized housing stabilization plans

  • Ongoing case management and check-ins

  • Coordination of benefits (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)
