Open Roads Services, LLC is a New Jersey Medicaid Approved Provider within the Division of Children’s System of Care (CSOC).  The mission of this agency is to strengthen the families in our community by working with children/ adolescents/young adults ages 3-21 to preserve their healthy home environment.  Our clinicians are committed to help individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to become strong thriving individuals.  Families are matched with our clinicians and behavioral assistants to best meet the family’s needs and individualized goals.​​​
