Mrs. Yohandra C. Grillo is the Founder and CEO of Open Roads Community Center and Open Roads Services, LLC, both based in the United States, and Centro Espiritista de Cordón Monte Grillo, a nonprofit community center in La Habana, Cuba. With over 25 years of leadership in behavioral health, hospital systems, and community-based care, she works to advance holistic, trauma-informed healing for underserved and multicultural communities. She specializes in family systems therapy, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive mental health care. Her leadership and professional experience has included positions as Crisis Counselor at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Kean University, and Senior Faculty Practice and Case Manager at NYU Langone Hospital. Her career reflects a distinctive integration of clinical expertise, organizational leadership, and community advocacy.

Mr. Robert Freschi is the CMO of Open Roads Community Center. He is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to communicate with the community, volunteers, and donators.  He will oversee all tactics of marketing communications such as Digital, PR, Print, Outdoor, and partnerships with media outlets. He will develop a unique voice for Open Roads Community center with messaging that promotes awareness, consideration, and ultimately conversion of community members to access our services, volunteers to help bring our vision to the community and donators to help finance this vision. 

Mr. Brandden Irizarry is the Chief Financial Officer of Open Roads Community Center and Open Roads Services, LLC. He has continuously shown his organizational strategy, cross-sector collaboration, and mission-aligned growth. With a focus on operational excellence and community transformation, he leads initiatives that expand access to equitable, trauma-informed care across underserved populations.  In addition to his executive leadership, Mr. Irizarry brings hands-on experience in behavioral health and academic research. His multidisciplinary background informs a results-oriented, visionary approach to nonprofit leadership rooted in compassion.
