Our Services — Building Stronger Futures in New Jersey
At Open Roads Community Center, we deliver integrated programs in mental health, social services, and education to meet the needs of at-risk youth, underserved communities, and families across New Jersey. Our trauma-informed approach ensures every individual receives culturally responsive, evidence-based support that addresses the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
Mental Health Services
We provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) counseling, Behavioral Assistance, and academic tutoring to help youth build coping skills, manage behaviors, and achieve academic success. Services are tailored to individual needs and delivered by experienced, compassionate professionals.
Social Services
From senior services and mind & body wellness workshops to life skills training, our programs promote independence, health, and connection. We work to strengthen family bonds, enhance daily living skills, and support personal growth at every stage of life.
Educational Programs
Our youth workshops inspire leadership, teamwork, and resilience, while internship opportunities for college students in psychology, social work, and education provide valuable, real-world experience and professional mentorship.
Through these interconnected services, we partner with schools, parents, and community leaders to create pathways toward resilience, academic achievement, and lifelong success.
