WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT & JOB READINESS

This program prepares individuals for meaningful employment through career counseling, job readiness training, credentialing opportunities, and real-world work experiences. Participants gain practical skills, certifications, and professional confidence aligned with in-demand career pathways. The goal is to increase economic stability by equipping individuals with the tools needed to secure and sustain employment.
