Since 2016, Open Roads Services, LLC has partnered with families across New Jersey to deliver compassionate, community-based mental health care for children and youth. As a Medicaid-approved provider within the Children’s System of Care (CSOC), we work collaboratively with families to strengthen relationships, build resilience, and support healthier, more stable home environments for youth ages 3–21.

 

We believe effective care must honor each family’s strengths, cultural context, and lived experiences. Our clinicians and behavioral assistants are intentionally matched to each family to ensure a personalized, relationship-centered approach—one that fosters emotional well-being, strengthens connection, and promotes sustainable, long-term outcomes.
